The term My Training Solutions Ltd or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is, Kevan Pilling House, 1 Myrtle Street, Bolton, BL1 3AH. Our company registration number is 01712703. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. You should understand that by booking any services from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Training Services

1.1 Any training services provided by My Training Solutions Ltd are provided under these terms and conditions.

1.2 We will provide the services to the customer in accordance with the description given on the website in all material respects.

1.3 We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates for the services specified on our website and agreed in our order confirmation.

1.4 My Training Solutions Ltd warrants to the customer that the services will be provided using reasonable care and skill and using competent staff/or Contractors, qualified to provide the services pursuant to all applicable legal regulations and accreditation.


2.1 The price for any training services shall be the price listed on our website. The price is exclusive of VAT and this is payable by the customer in addition to the price.

2.2 VAT will be charged at the current UK rate for all customers in the UK or European Union.

2.3 In the event that a training service is listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information we have the right to refuse, cancel any bookings based on the incorrect price whether or not the price has been confirmed.

2.4 When a training service is placed on our website, the customer shall pay the price at the time of placing the booking.

2.5 Our standard payment terms are that payment is taken at booking unless otherwise stated. If payment has been previously agreed, the payment needs to be made 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to the course start date, whichever is sooner.

2.6 The customer shall pay each invoice submitted by the Company, within 30 days of the date of invoice and in full and in cleared funds to a bank account nominated by the company.

2.7 Payment may be made by certain credit or debit cards. All on line orders made by credit or debit card are processed through a secure website.

2.8 Payments can also be made via a valid Pay Pal account.

2.9 Course certification will not be issued until receipt of payment in full.


3.1 In the event that we have to cancel your training course the following will apply.

4.1 The transfer of a delegate to the same course on an altertive date subject to availability will incur a standard fee of £ 25.00 plus VAT.

4.2 If the tranferee subsequently cancels, the original cancellation clause will apply.


5.1 Substitutions may be made at any time at no cost.  It would be appreciated if My Training Solutions were informed of the substitution at the earliest opportunity.
